Users must use the service lawfully and professionally, respect third-party rights, protect access credentials, obtain permissions needed for data, documents, images or recordings, and refrain from adding unlawful or malicious content.

4. Content and artificial intelligence

Users retain their rights in submitted content and grant the technical permissions needed to provide the service. AI analyses support decisions, may contain errors and require human review. Suggested actions never become official without human approval.

The software, design, trademarks, original text and other service elements belong to dretdigital or its licensors. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, decompiled or exploited beyond uses permitted by law or written agreement.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, dretdigital is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities or decisions made without verification. Non-excludable liability remains unaffected.

The service may integrate or link to third parties, which remain responsible for their terms and practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to protect security, comply with law, prevent harm or address serious breaches. Users may stop using the service and request account closure by email.
